Peter Paul Liebert V is a Cyber Security expert for the Department of Defense and a former Chief of Naval Operations Presidential Management Fellow (PMF). Peter is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and eight year Navy veteran where he served as a Supply Officer specializing in strategic logistic system development. His tours included the USS Devastator (MCM 6), the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), Naval Inventory Control Point Philadelphia, and the United States Security Coordinator (USSC) for Palestine. Peter left the Navy in 2008 and worked with the Bureau of International Law Enforcement and Firearms and the United States State Department as a Logistic Advisor to the Palestinian Authority Security Forces and the Palestinian Ministry of Interior for several years. After leaving the West Bank he attended the John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University where he received a Masters in Public Administration and was selected as the first Navy Cybersecurity focused PMF. He has since earned multiple cybersecurity certifications and now lives with his beautiful wife Lynn in Washington DC.
