Operation Free is scheduled to host a clean energy event Wednesday at Austin Community College’s Rio Grande campus.
The free two-hour meeting is designed to educate Austin residents about the benefits of developing domestic renewable energy sources, supporting the clean technology industry, and advocating for legislature that will further those goals. It will feature local leaders and entrepreneurs discussing how renewable energy benefits the economy, organizers said.
