Madrid hosted the first Rock the Vote where the Democratic and Republican parties have called for the vote of Americans living in Spain with a nod to the Hispanic community.
The Hispanic vote is key in U.S. elections. Since the 2008 elections, this phrase has become a cliché plus an increasingly visible fact of American elections. With the Hispanic population growing so rapidly; it is now the largest minority group in the U.S., candidates have redoubled their efforts to gain approval of this sector of the population.
