Dokhi Fassihian is a senior policy associate with the Democracy Coalition Project, working on implementing human rights and democracy promotion strategies at the United Nations, particularly to influence the Human Rights Council. She has previously served as the executive director of the National Iranian American Council, as an associate research analyst at the CNA Corporation, and as a program officer with the United Nations Development Programme in Iran. She holds a master's in advanced international studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's in International Studies from George Mason University.
