Ms. Gandy worked at a leading asset manager in the alternative investment industry, providing relationship management, process improvement and regulatory guidance support for their investment activities. Ms. Gandy also has a background in consulting, having worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, Kaiser Associates, and for former Secretary of Defense William Cohen at The Cohen Group in Washington, DC.

Ms. Gandy also served as an officer in the active and reserve components of the US Navy, and completed deployments to the Arabian Gulf, Western Pacific, Horn of Africa and in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ms Gandy holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where she participated in the International Business Diplomacy Honors program in conjunction with the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
