| Sarah E. Moss translates skills gleaned during more than a dozen years on political campaign trails and in pro sports stadiums to projects for political, nonprofit and for-profit clients. The Denver native works in message-based strategy, communications, events and organizing for The White House/Executive Office of the President, Green Festivals, Organizing for America/DNC, People for the American Way and others. Moss consulted on 2008 DNC Convention programming, producing eight events during five days for The Big Tent (Daily Kos/ProgressNow/Alliance for Sustainable Colorado), Bipartisan Policy Center, BD Convention Events Fund (Blue Dogs), Center Stage (New Dems), Winning Connections and Alabama Power Company. From 2002-2007, she served Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, Rutt Bridges for Colorado Governor, Kerry-Edwards 2004, Ed Moss for Westminster (CO) Mayor, and Cover the Uninsured Week. Moss began her career at political strategy firm GMMB in Washington, DC, where she graduated from American University with a B.A. cum laude/University Honors in Public Communication. She worked in Washington on September 11, 2001, and now describes herself as a "public safety groupie." To that end, she is president of the Friends of the Denver Fire Department Board of Directors, and she completed the Denver Citizens Police Academy, D.A.’s Citizens Institute and Westminster Citizens Police and Fire Department Academies.
